Non-Surgical Facelift

A non-surgical facelift can be performed using thread lifts, also known as French Lifting, under local anesthesia. The term “French Lifting” comes from the fact that the threads were developed in France. The threads are made of polyester on the inside and silicone on the outside. Thread lifts involve the use of body-compatible threads to tighten the skin and address sagging and looseness issues.

The procedure takes about 40-45 minutes and carries an extremely low risk of complications, making it a very safe non-surgical aesthetic procedure. The threads are inserted through the hairline and placed under the skin in a fishbone shape. Once the threads are fixed beneath the skin, collagen formation occurs around them, helping the threads anchor securely to the skin. Dissolvable threads are typically preferred.

The biggest advantage of thread lifting is that it is a non-surgical procedure, allowing patients to return to their normal activities the same day. French threads are effective for up to 2 years, and individuals can appear up to 5 years younger.
